The test method is as follows: 5 samples are taken in each longitudinal direction and transverse direction, respectively; the sizes of them are 250±2mm in length, and 250±0.5mm in width. Make a peeled end between base material and coating film of the sample, and put the sample on the tensile tester, pull it apart along the length, read out the maximum load value F(N), then the peel strength, δ(N/cm), of each sample is:

Where F is maximum load value (N)

The greater the peel strength is means the greater the adhesion strength between base material and extruded film is, and the better the composition quality is. Peel strength is the most important quality specification for a composite material and is the most critical factor in production process and process control.
