Dear Sir，
  I hope to be a part of this project．My name is Li Hua，a fourteen-year-old boy．I'm in Grade 3 in No.4 Middle School．I will graduate in July this year．And my favourite subject is English，which is my advantage obviously．To tell the truth，my dream is to be an English teacher．The reason why I choose English as my future career is that I enjoy teaching and love to stay with children．What's more，I am confidence in teaching children with my patience．Here is my teaching plan．I divide it into three stages．Stage 1：Basic Units--Word and Sentence； Stage 2：Interesting Units：Interest Development； Stage 3：Comprehensive Abilities Units：Listening，Speaking，Reading，Writing．I believe that after my plan the students will all fall in with English．Then they will put their heart into it．Nobody won't study well．
