Abstract:the construction project is the project cost,project quality is regarded as the three major objectives of construction project management,but also the assessment of construction project economic benefits and social benefits of the important index.In recent years the government on the prices of various control,save construction time limit for a project to project cost is very important.This paper analyzes the influence factors of project time limit for a project,combined with the actual situation the schedule control of the effective means and project department should be reasonable control time limit for a project is specific measure.Control of time limit for a project is the construction project management important component,but also in the construction projects in the construction process more prone to problems.Control of time limit for a project smoothly,science,will be construction enterprises to reduce capital investment,increase the economic benefits of the enterprise.
