Nowaday,there are couch potatos and workaholics everywhere.They are quite different,for couch potato doesn't want to work ,opposite,workaholic like working.So couch potato need to do more exercises and workaholic need to have a break ofen.I think too lazy or too busy are both not good for our bodie.It's very important for us to have a properly break and do some exersises everyday.Not only workaholic and couch potato but also everybody need to follow that.
