摘 要

我国建筑工程项目的不断增多，软弱地基的处理变的越来越重要，不少建筑物的破坏或失事都是由于地基缺陷或基础设计不妥而造成的。建在软弱地基上的各种建筑物、构筑物，如果不采取适当的处理措施，可能产生较大的基地沉陷和不均匀沉陷，轻则混凝土结构产生裂缝，影响建筑物的正常运行，重则使建筑物滑移、倾倒。软弱地基的特点是含水量高，孔隙比大，压缩高，内摩擦角小，固结排水慢，承载力低。软弱地基的基础如果处理不好，更容易出现上述问题，需引起足够的重视，采取合理经济的处理方法，确保安全。

Abstract
With the increasing of the construction projects in China, how to deal with the soft foundation base become more and more important. Many cases of building destruction and accident are caused by the flaw or bad desgin of the foundation base. Buildings that built on soft foundation base may cause full or part foundation sinking if these problems are not handled properly. These sinking, at best, may lead to the crack on concrete construction that will influence the use of this building; ar worst, it will make the buiding silde and topple over. The characteristic of the soft foundation base is high water content, big hole, high compression, small inner frictional angle, slow consolidation and low bearing pressure. If not handled well, soft foundation base may have these problems more easily. Thus, we need to pay high attention to it and take reasonable and economical ountermeasures to ensure the safety.
