【摘要】信托业作为一个古老的行业,与银行、证券、保险并驾齐驱成为中国金融业的四大支柱.改革开放后,我国信托业发展态势良好,其发展前景光明.尽管如此,信托业依然存在着诸多问题,严重影响着其健康发展.本文从内、外部因素两个方面分析和总结了我国信托业存在的问题,并结合当前我国信托业的实际情况提出了优化内部环境以及改善外部环境的对策及建议.

Brief Talk on the Existing Problems in Trust Industry of Our Country & Countermeasures
【Summary】As an old industry,trust industry together with banking,securities and insurance are the four pillars of China financial industry.After the Reform & Opening-Up Policy,there is a good trend for the development of China trust industry and there will bright prospects for it.However,there are still many existing problems which are seriously affecting its healthy development.This thesis will analyze and conclude from internal and external factors the existing problems in China trust industry.With the current actual situation of China trust industry,it will propose countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the internal environment and improve the external environment.
