When you speak to a Chinese,therefore,you'd better keep a friendly attitude,too.
For example,when you want to ask something or start a conversation,you had better say"Would you please tell me something about ...",but not"Tell me something about ...".
At the same time,it is very helpful for your communication with others when you say something with smile coming from the bottom of your heart.
While communicating with Chinese,you should be more careful when you use gestures or body languages.
