其实你这个短语比较像中国式英语,最好用get on well with 这个短语.而且家长、老师、同学最好用peers and professors(这个更地道一些,直译过来就是同龄人、同学、老师这些人)
所以最好（我建议）在作文中应该说：
I can not get on well with my peers and professors.
