As far as I am concerned,knowledge is the most important thing in education,and both the skills and the creativity are based on the sound knowledge.Firstly,without enough knowledge,one is not able to understand how to practise,that is to say,skills could not be formed.Secondly,creativity is also based on appropriate mastery of knowledge,if knowledge is limitted,how could Einstein find the Relativity theory.In a word,it seems to me that knowledge is the primary thing in education.
However,we should not be limitted to knowledge itself,as knowledge is expanding just like our mind,and creativity plays an important role in the development of knowledge,so the cultivation of creativity in education is significant.
To make students creative,the first thing to do is to encourage them to speak out their ideas.Do not limit their mind; let them imagine.Of course,you guidance is of great importance.Effective guidance helps the development of creativity.For instance,a positive assessment,even a smile would stimulate them to open their mind.
Much should do cultivate creativity,and what mentioned above is just a sand in the sea.
