I don't know anything about IBT...but.I can tell sth that bothered me.
well,I was always asked to fix my friend's computer..that's not a big deal,I'd love to .but when it comes to extend that it becomes a daily routine of mine,that's really a annoying thing.
the most popular problem is reinstall the os ,which sands for operating system.mostly we are using xp.that's actually a snap thing.but the point is ,it's killing my time.that takes me so much time.it would take me about several hours for me to completely set-up the laptop or pc,and plus,dozens of patches of the notorious windows,hah,and even softwares like sogou input,anti-virus,and pdf reader,which mostly is Adobe Reader,or foxit reader...u name it...master ,im your slave,at your command...
So I have to say no.in the circumstance that it's becoming some sort of my responsibility.I'm not a babysitter or firefighter..
