Yes.I agree with that.
It's all about which country is the most powerful.Unfortunately,many world leaders tend to assume that power can be calculated by the amount of modern weapons a country has,not by the state of its citizens.
It's up to government to strike a balance between spending on social problems and national security.The poor and the needy will always be with us.
If the world can spend $530 on weapons it certainly has the capacity and the means to improve so much the poors life and the needy and in the mean time make life safer for themselfes as well.
Give our donations to all the poor struggling people of these countries - the elderly,the young (and old) homeless,those who deserve a better life.And spend more money on education also has much things to do with the world's civilization development.
