精益求精，对朋友热情好客，我当然也是其中之一； 但西方人是外向的，大方
当您和我讲话时，大多数的情况下，我能明白你的意思，并且通过“点头”
和“眼神”表达了我的看法，和对相关问题的意见，但据我观察，您好像并不
认同这种“含蓄的答复方式”，这点不得不认为是东西方文化的差异所导致！
因为文化背景不同，我们之间的确存在一定的差异。所以，让您意识到这一
点我相信是很有必要的，但我同样相信，这并不影响我们之间的交流与合作，因

First of all,I wish you Merry Christmas!I wish you and your family in China full of joy and happy everyday!
Secondly,in view of our last personal interview,I think it's necessary to explain to you.
Most of the chinese are implicit especially the technicists,they are introverted,careful and serious.They seek for greater perfection to work and they are hospitable to friends.Of course,I am one of them.However,westerners are exoscopic and generous.When you are talking to me,in most case,I can understand you.I express my view and my advice towards some problems realeted by nodding my head and eye contact.But from my observations,you seems not agree to this implicit answer way.I have to think that this is caused by the culture differences between China and Western countries.
Because of the differences of culture,there exactly exists some differences.Therefore,I believe that it's necessary for you to realise this point.But I believe that this will not effect our communication and cooperation,too.For our minds are communicating,the attitude towards cooperation is serious and the chase of career is the same.
