Settlement of disputes :
Any dispute occured during the implementation of this contract is allow to be solved by negotiation between two parties.Any party may apply to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in case negotiation fails.
Other :
This contract is in duplicated form and each of the two parties take one,which will be effective only when both of the two paties sign and stampe either common stamp or contract stamp.Once contract effects,both of the two parties are not allowed to cancel / amend the contents of the contract.
