1.This contract becomes effective from September 1,2010 and remains valid until August 31,2011.However,if neither party proposes to change or cancel this Contract one month before the expiration,this Contract will be extended by 1 year with the same conditions,and the like later.
2.This Agreement shall become effective as of August 1st,2010 and shall remain effective until July 31st,2011; provided,however,that when none of the parties hereto gives a written notice of change or termination to the other party one (1) month prior to the termination hereof,this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for another one (1)-year term with the same terms and conditions hereof,and the foregoing shall thereafter apply.
