1.Training and instructing new employee;
2.Arranging the group of employee to complish daily duties;
3.Being capable to deal with, investgate and report the emergencies regarding EHS, quality and processing;
4.Harmonizing employee relationship as well as controlling the working atomosphere;
5.Developing the activity of 5S and improvement and organizing the woking team;
