Mr.King is ninety years old,but he is still very young in my eyes.April 7th is World Health Day . I visited Mr. Green, a 90-year-old and healthy man. He told us how to keep healthy.
Mr. Green has his meals on time every day, and he likes eating vegetables very much, because he thinks they are quite good for our health. He doesn’t drink much wine or smoke at all. “if you want to have a healthy body you should go away from smoking and drinking too much wine.” Mr. Green told me with smiling. Surely, keeping enough sleeping and taking more exercises are the good ways for Mr. Green to be healthy. I think Mr. Green is a good example with healthy lifestyle. We will be healthy if we do as he told us.
