1新加坡比卡塔尔要早5小时 如果卡塔尔是1200小时 那新加坡的当然是700hours.
2.如果新加坡是半夜,根据第一题的条件,卡塔尔当然是要比新加坡晚5个小时,那就是凌晨早上5点咯.
