In scientific research,we have to concede that there is always varous inconsequnces lies in it .one can never make any determination of the outcome of a experiment carried out.To a certain extent,the value of a experiment just lies in the inconsequences.for instance,in the field of biology,the experiment on the ecology called biosphere two.which aims to test whether human beings can live out of the mother nature based on our own intelligence.it is surely a experiment full of unclear consequences.however,these inconsequences just shows the importance of the experiment.
Hardly anyone can declaim that what results will be before actually engaged in it,.Take the tortous course we humans to the modern civilization which highly develped into consideration.It is just the research which explores the mysterious world that faciltate our intelligence and knoledge unceasingly.The research or experiment may fail,however,the experience did enlighten the followers which explores the intricate problems.Newton builded the magnificent theory of mechanics on the basis of the numerous failure and conceives Galielo once conducted.The ardruous path our modern scociety comes along with the thousands of scientific researchs conducted without certain consequences known previously.It is just the uncertainty that deseves the exploration and really make contributions.
However,I must concede that although the research with uncertainty did make achivements most of the time in history,When the uncertainty comes with the morality rather than the scientific area.The the reasonability of the fund should be carefully meditated.The clone of human ,which may obeys the basic humanity of society ,would possibily not be funded by the government.Cause the uncertainty led to maybe the calamity of human being.The research of nuclear is so dangerous that any uncertainty and inconsequences will led to lots of casualties and devastates the human civilization.I think these research which may bring about serious consequences with respect to the human future once failed must be carefully meditated before funding.
In summation,whether to fund or not based on the possible utilizaton of the results and achievements related to the research.the consequences of a research may be unclear.Then the possibility of success and failure should be conpared before make the decision.What is more,the government must meditated carefully when it comes to the morality or the future of human being,to some extent,refused to fund the research..
