With regret ,I wish to inform you that the refrigerator that I just bought from your company is not up to satisfaction.Instead of power saving,it consumes more electricity than my old fridge.On top that,it is not cold at all,despite being adjusted to the coolest level.Worst of all ,the engine of the fridge makes a loud noise each time I opened the door.Please look into this matter,and replace me with a new unit.Your immediate attention will be highly appreciated.
