摘要：本文介绍并设计了一个基于B/S模式下的工资管理系统.系统在借鉴了市场上现有的一些工资管理系统的基础上,结合本人对现存各类工资管理系统优缺点的理解,不断克服技术上的难点,力求开发出一个即适应现今企业工资管理的需要,也能够在未来企业发展时不断完善自己使系统与企业发展同步.本系统将采用Java语言作为系统开发的主要语言环境,使用MySql作为系统数据库.系统将实现用户管理、职工管理、考勤管理、工资管理和工资类别管理五大部分,针对工资管理采取了丰富的生成方式,并且在考勤管理和工资管理中增加了系统数据和Excel格式文件的相互导入导出操作.

Abstract:In this paper,a design based on the B / S mode wage management system.Reference system in the market,some of the existing salary management system based on the combination of my wages in the existing management system of advantages and disadvantages of understanding,and constantly overcome the technical difficulties to develop a modern enterprise wages that meet the needs of management and business development in the future,constantly improve the the system has been synchronized with the enterprise development.This system will use the Java programming language as the main language system development environment,as the use of MySql database.To achieve user management system,staff management,time and attendance management,salary management and the management of most wage categories,wages for management to generate a wealth of ways,and attendance management and the increase in the wage management system and the Excel data format into mutual derived operation.
