1.Jack already told me what you had discussed at the meeting in Beijing,so I would just like to follow up and confirm with you.We need for you to finalize,as soon as you can,Jack's recording schedule for his (new) CD.It is tentatively set to be from April 10th to May 12th.The dates are extremely important to us,for we need to make all detail arrangements on his visa application,airline reservation and itinerary.
2.Jack's China Tour for 2013 has been scheduled from May 13th to May 25th,to include major cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.Please confirm the dates and locations.
3.Jack also told me that you are booking a concert for him at XX Music Hall in Beijing.I would like to know whether this booking is for 2012 or 2013,according to your plan.
