Recently I found that many of my classmates love to have snacks during the breaks.It is understandable because after studying for a period of time,we need food from which we can get enough nutrition to continue our studies.However,many kinds of popular snacks in school are really unhealthy,and in order to keep fit,we have to learn to say no to the snacks.Take chocolate as an example.Chocolate is rich in fat and may cause a student become heavier.Cookies also does harm to our health because according to a study made by experts recently,teenagers who often eat cookies are more likely to catch a cold.Moreover,if one has too many snacks,he or she will not have good ordinary meals and may have malnutrition.Therefore,although snacks are welcomed by many people,we should try to stay away from them in order to be robust and energetic.
