Every student in our school as well as in your school will be faced with the question when he passed the college entrance examination, should he choose a good major or a good university first? Different people have different thing to say. Some hold that the former can enable student study something he or she is interested and take his work as a hobby as well in the future. But others think that choosing a good university as a priority could give a good environment for one' s development, and more importantly, students graduated from famous universities can be more welcomed by corportions and employers. However, as for me, i sided with the latter without hesitation for the following three reasons.
Firstly, good universities provide students with good environment. Good universities usually have first-rate teaching equippment and renowned teachers. Students can be offered the top-rank education resources. Secondly, Students in good universities are those who spare no efforts in studies, and one can be greatly influenced and encouraged by classmates around him. Lastly, students in good universities have more job opportunites than those who graduated from ordinary colleges because almost all employers vaule universities more than majors today.
To sum up, i think students should choose a good university first for the above three reasons.
