本文从当前国内外学者对低碳消费的研究状况入手,分析了我国低碳消费模式的发展现状,着重分析了我国低碳消费模式推广的制约因素,并相应的提出了发展和推动我国低碳消费模式普及的政策建议,从而保证未来经济持续、健康、稳定地发展.
