The next morning, a mother called to ask for a room for her daughter in June. Laura told the woman that it would be no problem ... Then it was time for the hotel to have a big problem. People who called for rooms came to the hotel, but the hotel told them that they didn’ t get any calls. People were very angry. Then the hotel changed the telephone number.
