2 这种问题很好分辨,举个例子,句子如果是by now 那么就是一般完成时,we have trained.但此句中是by the end of last year,并不是现在而是以前的一个时间点,在这个时间点以前完成的成果. 那么就是过去完成时,只要把have 变为过去式 had 可以了.

其中 about 为介词. 当介词about提前,后面连接关系代词时,不是that,which 都可用,而是只能用which.这是只能用Which/That 不同情况的细节语法中的一个.
