In this case,I’m sorry about that we made upside down logo on
product.We guarantee similar problems will never happen again,and also we have
applied to factory for extra full inspection to you,I will send the inspection
report and photo for your record on future orders.
After discussing with our factory,we will provide two options for your confirmation as follows:
1.We will reduce $2 per units for next 2L repeat order for your support.
2.We can provide the crystal silk screen label to you for re-working the logo in UK,and the re-work fee is by our side.You will see the label sample when we meet in Canton Fair.
