I won't foget the day (that/which) we spent together.
I won't foget the day (when) we stayed together.
两句中spent和stayed两个单词差异在哪,连接词怎么知道使用的哪个?
今天上课听老师说什么在从句中成分是状语,还有什么关系副词,关系代词,两者有何区别啊,还有状语我也搞不懂是什么意思啊,学定语从句我就这里卡住了,会的解答一下,感激不尽!

spend是及物动词.spend the day,day用从句中的that/which代替.
stay是不及物动词.we stayed together用来修饰day,具体说明我忘不了的是哪天.
缺成分用that/which.（spend 啥?）
不缺成分用when/where.（stay.没有宾语.）
