4.Seller shall provide Buyer,upon request,with reasonable evidence of its ability to undertake the obligations hereunder including,specifically,the ability to underwrite the costs of defense and other proceedings hereunder and the payment in full of any and all obligations arising hereunder.In addition,Seller shall obtain,at Seller’s own expense,product liability insurance,providing adequate protection (at least in the amount of $1,000,000,or such additional amounts as Buyer may reasonably request,depending upon the circumstances of the matter,for Buyer as well as for Seller) naming Buyer as an additional insured against any bodily injury claims and/or suits,loss or damage arising out of defects in the Products.As proof of such insurance,written evidence naming Buyer as an additional insured party shall be submitted to Buyer by Seller upon request.
