A、 Six (6) one-day coaching sessions for the purpose of ensuring the trainee can apply the learned tools & methodology on the selected project,as well as assist each individual overcome the challenges faced in utilizing the Six Sigma tools.
B、The focus will be primarily on the methodology & tools jointly applied on problem identification,solving,control,and prevention.These sessions will also introduce the methodology,as well as provide an opportunity to practice the learned tools as a
