It's my great honor to have been studying here as an international student, the friendly and modern atmosphere of this beautiful city has had tremendous impact on me,however, there has sprung up some problems lately concerning the issue of traffic jam,and I want to give some of my humble suggestions as a member of this society.
　　With the rapid development of our household income and living standard, lots of families are able to afford a car as a convient transportation, hence rise the problem of crowding,traffic congestion and envorinment pollution, especailly at rush hour, the suffocating pressure of staying in a car, the anxiety of waiting, worries of being late has been complaining by many citizens, one couldn't help but wonder what has caust the problem? As far as I'm concerned, I think there're many reasons, among which the overgrowing number of cars together with undeveloped facilities is the major reason.
　　For the urgent problem mentioned above, I have 4 piece of advice, first, the number of cars entering the downtown area of the city should be strictly limited, second, more parking lots could facilate the flowability of cars during high time, third, we should handle the problem from ground up, that is to fix poor condition of the road, only by this way can we solve current traffic congestion step by step, and last but not least, build up the system of prize and punish, which can serve as a great way to motivate people, to make them see the importance of this matter.
　　Now dear sir, the suggestions I've been put up are for the government to realize the significance of this matter which can easily be overlooked by self-centered citizens, I do hope with the efforts made both by government and the citizens, our city could be better and better to the great harmony that will be our future.
