Everyone is eager
to succeed in life, and success is linked with the personal competence. So the
personal competence and success is very important. The personal competence is
the solid base for one person to succeed, and succeeding can inspire one person
to improve his or her competence. However, success also depends on working
hard.
As for success,
different people have different definitions in the different time. Some people
think it successful to earn much money; some people think that being well
educated is successful. In my opinion, that I do my work well means succeeding.
When I came to my unit, everything was strange to me, I didn’t know how to
start my work, I had to learn many things, and learn from my workmates. And now
I can deal with my work well, I think I am very successful. What is more, my
competences have been improved, which is more successful.
How to promote
personal success must be thought over. I think education is the most important,
one must keep studying all the time to catch up with the development of society.
Then we must put our knowledge into practice because practice makes perfect. Moreover,
confidence is the key to succeed, so we are sure that we can succeed in life,
and we will be successful.
