student:well,i am an international student from canda.I asked for a dorm last monday.

sudent:No,i already have it .however,my friend kelly has rented an apatment ,and she asked me to live with her sharing the room charge .
officer:i see.you have found the accommodation outside the campus.
student:yeah,i don't need the dorm any more.
officer:here is the form.you should finish it first,and then write a note that you are resposible for your saftey while you live outside.
