2.合同里也提到了要先付30%订金才能去观查场地.但这对我方没有什么保障,所以我们希望能采取以下的方案:
(1)我们安排合伙人(货运代理)去监查装货情况,等货物上柜后直接支付30%的订金(现金、本票、直接透过HSBC汇款).
(2)运输公司由我方安排,采用FOB形式在你们那边提货,货上柜后直接付款100%(现金、本票、直接透过HSBC汇款).

2.Contract also mentioned that we can't check the field until we pay 30% deposit.But there is no guarantee for our right,so we hope to take the following programs:
(1) we arrange a partner (freight forwarders) to inspect the load situation,and after the goods are loaded,we pay 30% of the deposit directly(cash,cashier's check,directly through HSBC remittances).
(2) The transportation companies are arranged by us,you can take delivery of the good at your place by using FOB form.After the goods are loaded,we pay 100% directly.(in cash,cashier's check,directly through HSBC remittances).
